Shipping Policy

Delivery area

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories, APO/FPO military addresses and destinations outside this area are not supported.

Shipping cost

All orders within the supported delivery area receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.

Processing and transit

Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Cutoff and business days

Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, Central Standard Time (Chicago). This fixed offset does not change with daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin their handling calculation on the next business day.
