Return & Refund Policy
30-day return requests
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Ordinary returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item. Our company address serves as the authorized return address: Via Principe Di Piemonte 113, 09010 Giba Su, Italy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will review the issue and provide return and resolution instructions.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a product defect. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Returns are sent to Italy following authorization. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Following approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
